Star Alliance member Air Canada is selling cheap flights from Barcelona and Madrid to various destinations in North America, such as Miami, Cancún, and Toronto. The cheapest option is flying to New York for €218, but we’ve found a total of 10 cities to which you can fly for less than €300. Adding luggage costs roughly €110, still leaving you with a great price.
If you need to cancel these flights, Air Canada will give you a voucher with unlimited validity. That way, your money isn’t lost. You can also change your booking, paying “only” the fare difference, unless Air Canada changes the itinerary, in which case you could modify the booking for free. More on this can be found on Air Canada’s website.
These flights can be found from March through May.
Flying from Barcelona or Madrid costs roughly the same. Here are some of the destinations that you can fly to:

You’ll usually fly to Montreal or Toronto onboard an Airbus A330, from where you’d continue to your final destination.

Search & Book
This fare can be booked until January 11, 2022 for departures before June 30, 2022. The minimum stay requirement is 6 days. Furthermore, your stay cannot exceed 3 months. The economy class tickets have to be booked at least 7 days before departure. Stopovers are not permitted.
