SkyTeam airline Air France is selling cheap flights to Bogotá for people departing from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain, or Austria. Prices start at merely €396 – luggage, however, is only included for SkyTeam status holders. Everyone else would need to pay another roughly €80 to take a piece of luggage on their round trip.
Air France and KLM will let you cancel all flights through March 2021 for free. You’d get your money back as a voucher, which can then be fully refunded to your bank account. You can read more about this here.

According to the fare rules, tickets are on sale until October 10, 2021 for trips between January 6 and May 31, 2022. The minimum stay requirement is 6 days (or a Sunday). Furthermore, your stay cannot exceed 3 months. This fare does not include any checked luggage. Stopovers are not permitted.
