SkyTeam member Air France offers cheap flights to Sao Paulo from French cities in early 2023. The fares include carry-on luggage. To bring a checked-in bag, you could select the Standard fare for €100 more or use your SkyTeam Elite or Elite Plus status.
At KLM & Air France, all tickets can still be rebooked without a change fee, but you will unfortunately now have to pay the price difference. You can also exchange the flights for a non-refundable voucher, valid for 1 year. Unfortunately, the option to have the value of the voucher paid out to your bank account no longer exists since March 1st. You can read the rules here.
Currently, you need to show a vaccination certificate to enter Brazil. However, the flights will be in 2023, so the rules will likely change. You could take a look at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) website. It provides current updates on a country’s immigration policies. Even better, the Covid-19 Travel Regulations Map is one of the most useful tools you can find.

The sale is on until August 2, 2022. There is a minimum stay of six nights or a Saturday night. While the travel period should include this July, it actually lasts from January to June. Some destinations only have less than ten dates, with most departures being in March.
In this case, Google Flights displays wrong prices and non-existent itineraries. Your best choice is to use our availability calendar above, as we filtered out connections which involve an airport change from Orly to CDG. While Air France’s website does have a calendar, you cannot filter out airport changes. We highly advise against booking through online travel agencies. The price difference is very small, while departures will be next year, resulting in a high chance of schedule changes.
