Finally, British Airways is officially selling tickets for flights on board of the new Airbus A350 (we’ve informed you about the leaked seat map a few weeks ago)! The aircraft is now being displayed on Google Flights as well as by the ITA-Matrix! Also, BA now posted the new seat map to capture the 1-2-1 configuration in business class.
Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to find all connections until the end of September (when BA will stop using the Airbus A350 in this route for training purposes). But new ones are becoming available every day! If you want to get a first impression of how the new Club Suits looks likes, check out our review:
Award flights to Madrid
BA is selling tickets for this one-way flight at prices around €305/ £279 for economy class and is asking €612/ £560 for business class. Of course, this isn’t a bargain for the 2 hours and 20 minutes flight. Even though you’d be the one of the first travelers to experience the brand-new aircraft or even the new Club Suite.
More and more information on the Airbus A350 routes will be available soon. We will keep you posted on this! Subscribe to our newsletter or set up our bot if you don’t want to miss any news on this topic!
If you’re looking for a cheaper way to experience the new Club Suite, you can use your Avios. British Airways is selling seats for a one-way flight from London to Madrid for only 15,000 Avios and around €51 in taxes and fees. Which is a much better option if you want to test the new business class product.
Use the Matrix to Check Schedule
By the way: you can also check if British Airways scheduled an Airbus A350 by using the Matrix. Just enter the values shown in the screenshot below and the tool will display all connections that the carrier is planning to operate the new aircraft on.
