Great deal on Business Class flights to Australia

Most routings include two layovers, one in Paris and one in China. Luxair will operate the flights from Luxembourg to Paris. From there one you will travel to Asia on Air France where you will board a Qantas, China Eastern or Singapore Airlines aircraft.

If you are thinking about skipping a segment and board in Paris (or end your journey there), we ask you to first have a look at this article:

Search & Book

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any fare rules for this sweet deal. But there are connections available from July through September. Apparently, you’ll have to stay for at least 7 days. Otherwise, pricing for the flights will change and you have to pay more.

To find the dates that suit you best, use Google Flights (instructions). The tool won’t automatically forward you to the Airline’s website for booking. Therefore we suggest using Skyscanner to get the best price and then book via an Online Travel Agency (OTA).

Seats and aircraft

Air France will operate either an Airbus A380 or a Boeing 777 or their route from Paris to Asia and back. While the product on board of the 777 seems to be up to date (check out this flight report), seats on the Airbus A380 aren’t even lie-flat. Something you should be aware of when booking. You might want to be sure to avoid the Airbus or at least not book it for overnight flights. If you are unsure how to find out which aircraft the airline will most likely use, have a look at our guide on how to book flights with Google.

On your flights with China Eastern, you’ll be on board of an Airbus A350 and should be able to enjoy the brand new Business Class the airline is implementing. It seems very likely that you will have your own private suite! To get a first impression, have a look here.

Qantas has great Business Class seats built into their Boeing 787 Dreamliner as well. Lie-Flat seats and an excellent service should make your flight very pleasant. Here’s a review of the product.

If you’re traveling with Singapore Airlines, it will be an Airbus A380 that the airline operates in most cases. The Business Class is a great and solid product, offering lie-flat seats. This review will give you a good idea of what awaits you.

Mileage

Flights from Luxembourg to Paris, which are operated by Luxair, will be in booking class J. Tickets for the long-haul routes will be issued in booking class Z. The later will get you a multiplier of up to 200% on the distance miles you actually traveled.

The whole trip could get you around 40.000 miles with some frequent flyer programs.
