SkyTeam carrier Air France and LATAM currently sell insanely cheap tickets from French airports to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Roundtrip prices are as low as €220! Said tickets are sold exclusively by online travel agencies. Checked bags add €140 to the roundtrip price.

You can find these fares exclusively with online travel agencies. Currently, there seems to be good availability – so fire up our flight search and try different dates. So far, we’ve found dates in September, October and November 2020. We haven’t found any flight dates 2021.
There seems to be a pattern that might help you find flights at the lowest fare. Google Flights displays flights from Air France to Rio de Janeiro for €438. Every time this price shows up in 2020, OTA gotogate seems to sell the same tickets for around €200 less.

Best Time to Visit
Brazil is a vast country – so there is no such thing as an overall best travel time. It all depends on what you want to see. It is best to visit the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo autumn and spring while the dry season fort the rainforest is from May to September.
