Grand Hyatt Bali: €207/Night, incl. Full-Board, Cocktails, Massages & More (min. 7 Nights, Refundable)

Grand Hyatt Bali P313 River Pool.16x9

If you’re travelling to Bali after September and still need a hotel, you should definitely take a look at this offer. As long as you stay at least 7 nights, you can stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali for only €207 per night. The highlight, though, is the inclusions: You get daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a cocktail each night, a 30-minute massage per person, and “one bucket of beers” (I usually don’t measure beers in buckets, but whatever). Furthermore, the whole thing is refundable up to 46 days before arrival (you’ll probably already have booked non-refundable flights by then anyways).

This deal is available on LuxuryEscapes, apparently only until June 1, 2024.

You would be staying in a 49 m2 large Garden View Room, which has a private balcony from which you can see the gardens or the lagoon. You can choose between eating à-la-carte breakfast or a buffet. You have three restaurant options for lunch and four for dinner. You can get your nightly cocktail anywhere except the Veranda Lounge – even at the Tropical Temptation Beach Club. Once per stay, each adult can also receive a 30-minute massage before 15:00 at the Kriya Spa.

If you want to be picked up and brought back to the airport, you can pay €60 for that service (i.e. €15 per person in each direction).

The Hotel

The Grand Hyatt Bali is a 5-star resort with 636 rooms, eight restaurants and bars, a private beach, and 5 pools, among other amenities. It is located a 7-minute drive from Nusa Dua Beach, and is apparently one of the best beachfront hotels in Bali, also because it offers “incredible views of the coastline”.

Previous guests have left very good reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.6/5 on Google or 4.5/5 on Tripadvisor), many praising the great facilities and beach. There are a couple of negative reviews, however, complaining about dirty bathtubs, too few (non-universal) power sockets, a musty smell coming from the air conditioning, old TVs, and non-functional fridges.

From the airport, it’ll take you around 25 minutes to get to the hotel with a car or taxi.

Price Check

While you’re paying a fixed rate of €207 per night on LuxuryEscapes, Hyatt charges around €295 per night for its F&B All-Inclusive rate, e.g. in October. While the conditions are not exactly the same, that is the most similar rate. Hyatt’s rate has the advantage that it includes more beverages, is refundable up to 3 days before arrival, and is not limited to stays of at least 7 nights. On the other hand, LuxuryEscapes’ rate has a 30-minute massage, has broader availability, and, well, is cheaper.

Hyatt charges €2,058 on the same dates when you’d only pay €1,449 on LuxuryEscapes

The savings are much higher if you stay in e.g. March 2025, as Hyatt doesn’t even offer an All-Inclusive rate then, and the rate including only breakfast already costs around €310 per night.
