The Hotel
The Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa is a five-star hotel on the Algarve. It was named Portugal’s Leading Resort in 2018. Not only can you eat fantastic food on-site, but also enjoy a great spa that has an aroma steam bath and an ice fountain, among other relaxing amenities. The hotel also has a beautiful garden and an 18-hole golf course.

The hotel is located 25 minutes from Faro airport. From there, you could easily take a bus to Vilamoura which will leave you 15 minutes from the hotel on foot.
While November through March may not be the absolute best time to visit the Algarve, you should still be enjoying far higher temperatures than in most other spots in Europe.
Price Comparison
If you’re planning to book for this year, you’d pay €100 on Hilton’s website for a rate with breakfast for two. That already represents a saving of 25%, which is not at all bad. Should you however plan a stay for early next year, e.g. in late February, you’d be paying €120 on Hilton’s website, bumping up that saving to over 35%! That’s definitely a big discount!
