The Hotel
The Mercure Inverness Hotel is a 4-star Accor hotel, located near Abertarff House and the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery, as well as close to many shopping opportunities.

While previous guests have highly praised the great atmosphere, the lack of power sockets has been widely criticized, many saying that they had to unplug the fridge or kettle to charge their phones.
The hotel overlooks the River Ness and is, thanks to its quite central location, very close to many restaurants. There are also many sights within walking distance, such as the Victorian Market, which is less than 5 minutes away on foot. Though Inverness Airport is not exactly close to the city centre, you can take the 11 bus and be there in less than half an hour, as the bus stop is only 5 minutes from the hotel.
Price Check
While the price is currently low for those months, you’d usually pay much more to stay at this hotel. In April, for instance, you’d usually pay roughly €96, i.e. almost twice as much.
