Following its sister company, Radisson Americas also started its own advance booking sale. This “Look ahead. Book Ahead.” promotion gets you a 20% discount on the fare (taxes not included) if you are not a Radisson Americas member. If you are a member, you don’t only get an extra 5% discount, but also can cancel the reservation four days ahead.
You have to book until September 5, 2022 and can travel between October 2 and December 31 in hotels in the Americas.
The actual discount depends on the taxes, although we usually got 24%-25% discounts. For example, our example stay in Seattle would normally cost US$407 (~€380), and with the discount US$307 (~€287), which brings us a 24% discount. A stay in the Dominican Republic got us almost exactly 25%. You can see the discounts depending on your membership status below:
Search & Book
It is always worth it to compare the prices with 1, other fares 2, other booking portals. We could find our Dominican example on booking.com for €195 (~US$210) compared to Radisson’s US$254 (~€237) offer. For the Seattle example on the image, Radisson was cheaper, but only because it is refundable.

To search for other Radisson fares, you need to switch the “promotional code” to “Lowest available rate”.

Here’s how to search for the best price:
- Start a search from the promotion’s landing page.
Open the promotion’s landing page and either select your favoured hotel from the list or search for one using the search bar.
- Change your rate to the lowest available rate
Click the “Promotional code” bar and change it to “Lowest Available Rate”, then click search.
- Check the rates
Check all the offered options, even the non-member offers. Choose the one which fits you the best.
- Check the full price
Click the “Select” button and check your final price on the left. (The picture has been modified to censor personal data.)
- Check other platforms
Go to booking.com and enter the hotel name, date and number of persons. Select the fare that matches your needs or your selection at Radisson. We recommend booking.com, as it is usually the cheapest and many of our readers have Genius discounts.
In our case, Booking.com isn’t worth it, since their non-refundable fare is just a little cheaper than Radisson’s refundable fare.
Bottom Line
This is not a bad deal if you are looking for a Radisson stay in the Americas. However, be careful with the booking site, it may be cheaper to book elsewhere. Luckily, Radisson offers some flexibility, although you need to cancel four days before arrival.
