The Hotel
Conrad London St. James is an upscale hotel directly opposite St. James’s Park Underground station, putting it within easy reach of Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the government district. It’s mainly chosen by travellers who want a polished, centrally located stay with quick transport links and straightforward access to major sights.
Previous guests have left very good reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.6/5 on Google, or 4.7/5 on TripAdvisor with over 6,000 reviews), many praising the amazing staff, the unbeatable location, and the homey ambiance. We couldn’t find any recurring points of criticism.
The hotel sits directly across from St. James’s Park Tube station, giving you fast access to the District and Circle lines. Westminster, Whitehall, and Buckingham Palace are all within a short walk, and the surrounding area is quieter at night than other parts of central London. It’s a practical base for visitors who want to be close to major sights without staying in the busiest tourist zones.
