Sadly, this promotion is not valid for previously existing bookings. If you booked a refundable rate and the price hasn’t changed, you could cancel it and book it again to earn bonus points.
To get the 1,000 point discount, you need to book an Advanced Saver Rate, at least 15 days before your stay:

In contrast to other hotel programs, Accor does not allow points to be redeemed for reward nights. Instead, you can subtract a fixed discount from eligible room rates during one or more of your stays. Every 1,000 points will get you a discount of €20.
Editor’s Note: While I love Accor’s transparent rewards points system, and I am about to enter my third year as an ALL Platinum member – these promotions are ridiculous. The requirements are so convoluted, sign up, book a specific rate, at least 15 days in advance on a full-moon Thursday before midnight while a three-eyed raven sits on your left shoulder. But, hey – at least you get €20 worth of points, which is nice.

Ridiculous. Several disadvantages for just 20€. See example above 1. Book at least 15 days ahead: If u noShow u loose the entire payment. Here for 2 nights = 136€ lost. Not sure if u get the 1000 points on noshow 2, You have to register before 3. The flex tarif just +7€/day and there are less than 1000 points.
Thank you, Ditmar!
