SkyTeam members Air France and KLM offer business class flights from Spanish cities to Dubai starting at €976. The cheapest fares have to last at least ten days, shorter trips start at €100 more. You can depart from several cities, so you can combine the flights with a Spanish holiday or catch a connecting low-cost flight. Fares include two 32kg bags.
At KLM & Air France, all tickets can still be rebooked without a change fee, but you will unfortunately now have to pay the price difference. You can also exchange the flights for a non-refundable voucher, valid for 1 year. Unfortunately, the option to have the value of the voucher paid out to your bank account no longer exists since March 1st. You can read the rules here.

Both KLM and Air France use the Boeing 777 on the Dubai route. KLM offers a 2-2-2 layout and Air France uses a 2-3-2 layout in business class. The flight back for both airlines is a red-eye flight.
KLM Business Class
KLM has its business class rows in a 2-2-2 formation, meaning that window seats do not have direct access to the aisle. All seats can, however, be turned into a fully flat bed of at least 200 cm. You will enjoy premium class catering and a more generous baggage allowance (12kg hand luggage and 2x23kg bags that you can check in), as well as airport benefits, such as lounge access.
Search & Book
The fare expires on April 13, 2022 and you can stay a maximum of three months. While the official minimum stay is five days, the cheap fares appear only for trips for at least ten days. Availability lasts until November, but the cheapest fares appear in the high summer months. These months tend to be extremely hot in Dubai.

Mileage
The actual mileage depends on the actual route. KLM issues tickets for the long flight in booking class O, while the short flights in booking class J. Here is what a trip from Valencia via Paris would get you:
