Star Alliance carrier Turkish Airlines is offering cheap fares to various destinations in Africa, Asia, and Boston from Denmark starting at €243 (~DKK 1,813)
for roundtrips to Dubai. One checked suitcase of up to 30kg is included on these fares. The only hook is that each connection includes a layover in Istanbul.
Currently, the following destinations are available way below their usual price:
- Sharjah at €243 (~DKK 1,813)
- Dubai at €258 (~DKK 1,925)
- Hurghada at €299 (~DKK 2,231)
- Alexandria at €331 (~DKK 2,469)
- Teheran at €339 (~DKK 2,529)
- Entebbe at €369 (~DKK 2,753)
- New Delhi at €388 (~DKK 2,894)
- Guangzhou at €392 (~DKK 2,924)
- Kuala Lumpur at €430 (~DKK 3,208)
Connection flights to Istanbul are either done in an Airbus A321 or Boeing 737-800. These planes may take you onwards to close destinations, such as Cairo, Dubai or Teheran, as well. On long haul flights, Turkish Airlines uses a mix of Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 aircraft. Beware that their A330 fleet got rather negative reviews:
Search & Book
Sadly, we were not able to retrieve specific fare rules for these flights. They seem to be available all year long (not on every single day), except for the summer holidays, with especially good chances to get cheap tickets between April and June, and late in the year. The minimum stay is usually 3 days, while the maximum tends to be 1 month.
Google Flights would be the best tool to find cheap available fares around your preferred dates (instructions). You can then go ahead and use our Travel-Dealz flight search to find the cheapest online travel agency or you can directly book at Turkish Airlines.
Mileage
The flights are issued in booking class U. Unfortunately, you can only earn miles with Turkish Airlines’ own Miles & Smiles program.
