KLM and Air France are currently offering cheap premium economy tickets to Dubai from various European countries. The cheapest country is Sweden, where tickets cost less than €650. However, this is sadly a light fare, which merely includes 2 pieces of hand luggage. Checked baggage is not included. The classic fare, which then has 2 x 23 kg of checked luggage included, costs €150 more. Departures are available between February to December 2025.
You can depart from the following cities for less than €900:
- Gothenburg: €642 (~SEK 7,090)
- Stockholm: €651 (~SEK 7,190)
- Oslo: €741 (~NOK 8,673)
- Budapest: €760 (~HUF 297,276)
- Luxembourg: €799
- Dublin: €801
- Barcelona: €805
- Lisbon: €815
- Bucharest: €820
- Copenhagen: €826 (~DKK 6,166)
- Brussels: €830

Our availability calendar highlights all possible flight dates at the lowest price for trips up to 28 days. It will forward you to KLM with your selected flight dates.

You can either fly with Air France via Paris or KLM via Amsterdam. Both airlines use a Boeing 777, though KLM also uses a Boeing 787 on some dates. The long-haul flight to Dubai takes around 6h30.
KLM has recently added a small premium economy cabin to most of its Boeing long-haul planes. The seats are among the best on the market, the service is good, and you also get SkyPriority services at the airport. However, there is a big downside to flying with KLM: Except on US flights, KLM’s premium economy includes no free luggage.
Air France has two different types of premium economy seats. The seats in their Boeing planes do not recline in the conventional sense but instead slide forward. This can be a bonus, especially on a day-flight since you’re not disturbed by the person sitting in front of you. Tall passengers, however, have difficulties sleeping, as “reclining” leads to very limited leg room. The seats in Airbus A350 planes are better and are closer to the competition. Air France’s premium economy, however, has a major downside that has nothing to do with the seats: The cheapest fare includes 0 checked luggage to most destinations! Furthermore, the service and catering are often disappointing.

Most Europeans citizens can enter the United Arab Emirates for 90 days without a visa, if visiting for touristic or business purposes.

The fare rules merely state a minimum stay requirement of 6 days (or a Sunday) and that you need to book at least 14 days before departure. While the tickets are non-refundable, you can modify your booking for a fee of €250 (+ the price difference). Departures are available between February to December 2025.
You can use Google Flights to find available dates from your city. Be aware that Google Flights’ calendar displays higher prices than what KLM charges on its website.

Dubai is known for its modern architecture, luxury shopping, and major attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and desert tours. The currency is the United Arab Emirates dirham (AED), and card payments are widely accepted. Prices can be high, especially for accommodation and attractions, though budget options exist. The weather is hot for most of the year, with extreme heat from June to September, while the cooler months from November to March are more suitable for travel.
