LuxuryEscapes Cancellation Policy
LuxuryEscapes offers a rather complicated cancellation policy. It basically comes in three steps:
- Until 7 days after booking: You get a full refund in your original payment form. This is the last chance to get your money back.
- over 46 days before your stay: You can get a full refund in form of a LuxuryEscapes credit. You won’t get your money back, but can use it to book a different hotel on LuxuryEscapes.
- Less than 45 days before you stay: You won’t get a refund in any form if you cancel or no-show.
The Hotel
The Kenzi Menara Palace is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The Kenzi Menara Palace is located on the outskirts of Marrakech, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service that can take you to the center in fifteen minutes. The hotel is within walking distance of the Al Mazar Mall.
Price Check
