- Less than 45 days before you stay: You won’t get a refund in any form if you cancel or no-show.
The Hotel
The Raffles The Palm Dubai is a luxury hotel located on the outer rim of Dubai’s artificial The Palm island, roughly 30 minutes outside Dubai’s city centre. Its remote location is perfect for a beach resort stay, with nothing but swimming and relaxation on your agenda. If you want to do something more exciting, the Dubai Marina and the Mall of the Emirates are just a short taxi ride away. By visiting the latter, you can also add skiing and penguin petting to your list of holiday activities.
Even if you don’t want to leave its premises, the hotel as got you covered. Despite the outdoor pool and private beach (that might get too hot during Dubai’s scorching summers), you can also take a swim at the property’s indoor pool. Enjoying a movie is possible at Raffle’s very own cinema theatre.
Apart from the magnificently elegant Le Jardin, where you can enjoy your included breakfast, the hotel offers two more restaurants. Mitagi serves Japanese and Far Eastern kitchen, while you can enjoy Italian and other Mediterranean dishes at Piatti by the Beach. One a-la-carte lunch or dinner per day is included in this offer.
The Raffles The Palm Dubai enjoys overwhelmingly positive reviews, (e.g. 4.7/5 on Google or 5/5 on Tripadvisor). Guests praise the quality of service and the size and equipment of the rooms. The only recurring point of criticism is guests complaining about not getting a (unreasonably) early check-in prior to 10 am and a lack of professionalism from the valet parking service. While these are understandable concerns at a high-priced luxury property, it also shows that the hotel itself leaves little room for improvement.
Price-Check
Via LuxuryEscapes offers, you can stay six days for as little as €929. The price is valid for two adults and one child 11 years or younger. When booking the same rate (half board) on Accor’s website, you would pay more than double:
The offer also holds up when comparing it to OTAs like booking.com. There you would pay at least €1,654 on the same dates and the same inclusions, although cancellation options are a bit more flexible.
If you are set on a luxury escape to Dubai during the Summer holidays, LuxuryEscape’s offer is definitely worth considering. At least for this specific hotel, you won’t get a better price anywhere else.

Have you ever visited Dubai during summer? I have. It is not a summer holiday destination. During the day, it is too hot for outdoor activities and in the evening outdoor dining is impossible because of the heat. Therefore, I would not take advantage of this offer. Travelling to Dubai this weekend and looking forward to more pleasant temperatures.
