Once again, LuxuryEscapes has published a great deal for a hotel in South East Asia. This time, you’d be staying in a 77 m2 Jungle Suite at the Kappa Senses Ubud in Bali. The rate includes daily breakfast, either lunch or dinner, a 60-minute massage per adult (per stay), and a couple of further extras. LuxuryEscapes charges €187 per night, which is roughly half of what you’d usually pay at this hotel. You merely have to stay for at least 3 nights between September 2025 and June 2026.
You don’t necessarily need to decide on specific dates right away. LuxuryEscapes allows you to lock in the price and flexibly redeem the voucher until May 1, 2026, travelling by July 1, 2026. To do this, click on “Buy now, choose dates later” under the large “Check Availability” button.

While we’ve written “Dinner” in the headline to simplify things, you actually have the choice of eating lunch or dinner. Either way, it will be a two-course set menu. The “Extras” include complimentary yoga classes, as well as activities such as a rice field walk, Balinese house visit, coffee tasting, or whatever the hotel decides to schedule on your dates. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to Ubud between 9 am and 5 pm.
LuxuryEscapes Cancellation Policy
LuxuryEscapes offers a rather complicated cancellation policy. It basically comes in three steps:
- Until 7 days after booking: You get a full refund in your original payment form. This is the last chance to get your money back.
- over 22 days before your stay: You can get a full refund in form of a LuxuryEscapes credit. You won’t get your money back, but can use it to book a different hotel on LuxuryEscapes.
- Less than 21 days before you stay: You won’t get a refund in any form if you cancel or no-show.
Your room will be the Jungle Suite, which is 77 m2 large and offers a balcony, a desk, a smart TV (with e.g. Netflix and HBO), Wi-Fi, and more.

The Hotel
Kappa Senses Ubud is a modern resort set among rice fields just a short drive from central Ubud. The hotel has 76 suites and villas, some with private pools or hot tubs, and offers views of the surrounding greenery. Guests can relax at the large spa run in partnership with Clarins, swim in two outdoor pools, or join yoga classes. There are a few on-site restaurants serving Asian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, plus a garden that supplies fresh ingredients. Overall, it’s a quiet place to stay if you want a comfortable base with spa facilities while exploring Ubud and its surroundings.

Previous guests have left very good reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.8/5 on Google), many praising the traditional Balinese charm, the excellent permaculture farm, the spotless, clean room, the wonderful staff, the incredible restaurants with a rice field back drop, the perfect, fantastic spa, the exceptional poolside bar, the clean, 24-hour gym, and the tranquil jungle pool – many calling this hotel the ultimate honeymoon spot in Ubud. We couldn’t find any major, recurring points of criticism.
Kappa Senses Ubud is tucked into the rural village of Kedewatan, just a 10–12 minute drive north of downtown Ubud, surrounded by lush rice fields and tropical jungle. The peaceful, slightly off‑grid setting means you’re immersed in nature, with two shuttle runs daily into town—ideal for exploring Ubud’s markets, temples, cafés, and scenic walks—while offering a quiet retreat at day’s end. It’s about a 90‑minute drive from Ngurah Rai Airport, making it a serene first or last stop without feeling too remote.
Price Check
LuxuryEscapes is by far the cheapest booking site we could find for this hotel. For instance, in October, the hotel charges €1,162 for 3 nights with half-board. Other travel agencies, such as holidaycheck.de offer the same for €948. So, LuxuryEscapes’ €559 is roughly only half the usual price. The hotel is even more expensive in winter months like January, with prices of over €440 per night, while the LuxuryEscapes price stays fixed.
