Waldorf Astoria Bangkok Rooftop Pool

Waldorf Astoria is one of Hilton‘s most luxurious brands. In Bangkok, you can book a room at the Waldorf Astoria for THB 7,376 (~€195) per night – a price including breakfast, $100 hotel credit, and double Hilton Honors points, when staying at least three nights. That’s THB 22,128 (~€585) in total. The rate is even fully refundable up to a day in advance. The offer is available on classictravel.

You can find this rate for stays until November 2025. Our calendar shows the cheapest dates available to you – please bear in mind that you have to select at least three nights to get the desired price.

In September, you can stay for THB 8,556 (~€226) per night, even when staying only two nights.

Classictravel adds approx. THB 3,000 in the next step.

You’ll be booking a Deluxe room, which – despite its posh name – is the lowest room category. It is 52 m2 large, and comes with a spacious bathroom. Your upgrade would still see you living in a Deluxe room, but with a better view.

You’ll get the US$100 (~€85) hotel credit once per stay. It can be used at the hotel’s restaurants, bar, or for spa treatments.

The Hotel

The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok is a five-star luxury hotel, located a 10-minute walk away from Lumphini Park. The Siam BTS station (where both lines intersect) is just a short walk away, just like the centralwOrld shopping mall. The hotel itself offers spacious rooms, a spectacular rooftop pool, a spa, a gym, and four restaurants.

Previous guests have left excellent reviews (e.g. 4.8/5 on Google and 4.5/5 on Tripadvisor), many of them praising the attentive staff, the awesome breakfast and the super-convenient location. The only recurring point of criticism is the quality of free amenities and the pricey mini-bar. The latter should not come as a surprise in a five-star hotel.

Information & Tips for Bangkok

Bangkok is known for its vibrant street life, cultural landmarks, and bustling markets. Key sights include the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and the lively Khao San Road. The local currency is the Thai baht (THB), and while credit cards are widely accepted in hotels and large stores, cash is preferred for smaller vendors. The city is relatively affordable, with street food and public transport offering great value. Bangkok has a tropical climate, with hot and humid weather year-round, a rainy season from May to October, and cooler, more comfortable temperatures from November to February.

As far as I know, the Waldorf Astoria in Bangkok does not have a club lounge. Maybe copied over from the similar Conrad deal? 🙂

Seems to be the case. Thanks for pointing that out, I’ve now removed “lounge access” from the introduction.
