Hotel chain Best Western is running an attractive promotion until December 5, 2025. When you purchase a gift card for at least $100, you will get 20% added value on top. The promotion is available for gift cards in four currencies: Euro, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar and British Pound.
While the purchased cards keep their base value without an expiration date, the 20% bonus is only valid until February 28, 2026. You can use them to pay for prepaid rates on bestwestern.com.
While the terms & conditions of the promotion clearly state that it “is offered solely to residents of the United States, Canada and the Caribbean”, Best Western still offers it in European currencies. The worst case scenario if you’re not eligible is that you purchase a non-expiring gift without getting the 20% bonus on top.
The 20% bonus does not apply universally. Rather, you get a $20 bonus for each $100 worth of gift card value you purchase. You can select the currency of your gift card depending on your personal preferences:
Redeeming Best Western Gift Cards
The gift cards can be redeemed on prepaid rates, booked on the Best Western website. On the booking screen, a second option to pay will show up, in addition to providing your credit card data.
Editor’s Note: This is a decent deal, brought down slightly by the limited travel period. Then again, if you purchase a €100 gift card and don’t use the extra €20 by February 28, 2026, the €100 face value of the card remain valid indefinitely.
