The 25 Cheapest Marriott Bonvoy Hotels in Europe

Moxy Stettin

While Marriott excels regarding the number of hotels in their portfolio, running over 800 properties in Europe, their price point is usually also quite a bit higher than that of other brands, such as Accor or IHG. So where should Europeans travel for cheap Marriott status nights? That’s what we’ve tried to find out.

As always, a gentle reminder that we can’t check every single date of all 800+ hotels. If we missed a hotel, feel free to leave a comment. Furthermore, don’t expect these hotels to offer these low prices year-round.

Conclusion

If you want to earn cheap Marriott status nights, a trip to Germany may be worthwhile, with 9 hotels costing less than €70. Seven of those hotels (and 13 of the entire list) are Moxy hotels, Marriott’s modern brand that is primarily aimed at young people. The other prominent brands on our list are Courtyard and AC Hotels, many of them being in Spain.

Overall, however, it has to be said that the list of the cheapest Marriott hotels in Europe is far from being cheap. While IHG’s and Hilton’s cheapest hotels start at around €45, including breakfast (as most of them are Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn hotels), here you’re paying around €70 without breakfast. And so this list confirms what we initially said in our intro: Marriott has a lot of hotels, but the general price point is on a higher level.
