You’ll be staying in a 77 m2 Beach Villa, with many amenities such as a balcony, a bathtub, a TV, a terrace, and Wi-Fi. The rate is for two adults, but you can bring up to two children for free. This is an all-inclusive deal, meaning that you’ll be eating and drinking around the clock at one of the hotel’s five restaurants: Baraveli (breakfast and dinner), Midi (bar, snacks, and dinner), Cocoon (high tea, lunch, and dinner), SOI (lunch and dinner), and BO (1 dinner during your stay).
The drinks selection includes 100 wine labels, 100 handcrafted cocktails across the resort, house champagne, premium spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. They are available during meals and at all bars from 10:00 to 1:00. You also get US$20 (~€17) per person and per day to spend for extras at the resort.
Also, very importantly, the transfers from the airport are included. This is usually a huge additional cost at most resorts in the Maldives, but it’s free at this Dusit resort – also thanks to the resort being a short speedboat ride away from Malé.
We focused on the Beach Villa, but LuxuryEscapes also offers, e.g. the 140 m2 Waterfront Pool Villa for €578 per night. There, you’re right by the water and even have your own private pool. However, in this room type, only one child is included, instead of two. Whether the Waterfront Pool Villa is worth paying €114 more per night is something for you to decide, based on your personal preferences.

LuxuryEscapes offers a rather complicated cancellation policy. It basically comes in three steps:
- Until 7 days after booking: You get a full refund in your original payment form. This is the last chance to get your money back.
- over 22 days before your stay: You can get a full refund in form of a LuxuryEscapes credit. You won’t get your money back, but can use it to book a different hotel on LuxuryEscapes.
- Less than 21 days before you stay: You won’t get a refund in any form if you cancel or no-show.

The island is accessible via a short speedboat transfer from Malé.
