Inlandsbanan Schweden (2)

The Swedish railway currently has an interesting offer if you want to explore the central part of Scandinavian country by train. With the Inlandsbanan, you can travel on all associated routes for 14 days without restraints. The rail pass costs SEK 2,545 (~€230). With it, you can travel back and forth as much as you like on the approximately 1,300 km long route from Kristinehamn in the South and Gällivare in the North during the validity period of 14 days. The pass is not valid on other Swedish trains.

The rail pass can be extended for an additional week for SEK 600 (~€54). Seat reservations are not included. You can add these to your desired train for SEK 50 (~€5), which is highly recommended. The last day of validity is August 25.

Two children up to 15 years of age travel for free when accompanied by an adult. Additionally, young people aged 16 to 25 receive a 25% discount. Seniors aged 65 and over receive a 10% discount.

Hi, I have purchased a 14 Day ticket several months ago, directly from Inlandsbanan and
have received a Reservation No and a Customer No, but no actual ticket. I have tried contacting them but had no success. Do you have any
suggestions how I could access my ticket?
    thanks, Ursula Schiemer

Unfortunately, we don’t have any own experience using the Inlandsbanan pass.

Is there no QR code or anything on the confirmation e-mail that may serve as a ticket? Have you tried e-mailing book@inlandsbanan.se yet?
