Oneworld partners British Airways and American Airlines are selling premium economy tickets from Budapest all the way to Los Angeles for only HUF 349,300 (~€897). Not only will you fly comfortably, but you’ll also be permitted to bring 2x 23 kg of luggage.

From Budapest, you would first fly economy class to London in an Airbus A320. From there, an American Airlines or British Airways Boeing 777 will take you to Los Angeles. Both airlines’ premium economy is similar, with extra reclining seats, on-demand video, in-seat power, and USB ports to charge your devices.

This fare can be booked for trips between October 1, 2022, and May 14, 2023. The fare has no expiration date and can thus be withdrawn anytime. The minimum stay requirement is 6 days or one Sunday. The tickets have to be booked at least 14 days before departure. Stopovers are not permitted. These flights can’t be cancelled, but can be rebooked without having to pay a rebooking fee. The price difference, however, will still be charged.
