The Regent Hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Hong Kong, and has been the home of many celebrities, such as four US presidents. It was recently renovated and is now offering a fantastic 3-for-2 deal, all the way until June 2026. A flexible rate including breakfast and US$100 (~€86) hotel credit in a 39 m2 Premium Room starts at merely €346. A bargain for such a great hotel in an expensive city like Hong Kong.

We’ve marked the dates costing up to €400/night in green. Remember that you need to select 3 nights to get the discount. Also, you need an ASMALLWORLD membership, worth €79 per year.

Info

Some travel agencies can book this Virtuoso rate for you without requiring a membership, but we can’t help you with that. For online bookings, ASMALLWORLD is our preferred and trusted partner.

You would be booking a Premium Room, measuring 39 m2. If you want even more space, you can also book a 47 m2 Studio Suite starting at €388 per night. Either way, you’ll get daily breakfast for two, and US$100 (~€86) to spend at the hotel. Also, the rate is cancellable up until the day before arrival, and you are eligible to earn IHG points and nights.

The Regent has various restaurants (most of them quite expensive) at which you can redeem your hotel credit. To give you an idea of the pricing, the credit should be enough to get you, e.g. two plates of Simmered Half Lobster, Morel Mushroom in Supreme Broth at the Chinese Lai Ching Heen restaurant.

The Hotel

The Regent Hong Kong is a recently refreshed luxury hotel that combines contemporary elegance with subtle Asian design elements. Its spacious rooms and suites are decorated in a calm, modern style, with large windows that bring in natural light and frame sweeping harbour or city views. The property features multiple fine-dining restaurants, a spa, and an outdoor pool, offering a setting that balances understated luxury with a sense of tranquillity despite its urban surroundings. Before the 3-year renovation, it used to be the InterContinental Hong Kong, where countless celebrities stayed, such as US Presidents Carter, Nixon, Ford and Bush, as well as stars like Frank Sinatra, Robert De Niro, Julio Iglesias, Tom Jones, and Calvin Klein.

Previous guests have left good reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.4/5 on Google or 9.5/10 on Trip.com), many guests praising the views of HK island, the good ambience, the great spa (the massages are apparently amazing), and the temperature-controlled jacuzzi. We couldn’t find any recurring points of criticism.

The Regent Hong Kong sits on the Kowloon waterfront along Victoria Harbour, in the Tsim Sha Tsui district. It’s close to the Star Ferry pier, luxury shopping on Canton Road, and the cultural venues of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and Museum of Art. From the hotel, it’s easy to reach the harbour promenade for views of the Hong Kong Island skyline and quick connections by ferry, MTR, or bus to other parts of the city.

Price Check

While ASMALLWORLD charges as little as €346 per night for a Premium room, the hotel itself charges €537 per night for the flexible rate with breakfast in that same room. So, on the exact same dates, you’d be saving 36% by booking through ASMALLWORLD, with 0 disadvantages. On the contrary, you even get the US$100 (~€86) credit on top. So, even if you had to get the €79 ASMALLWORLD membership exclusively for this deal, it would still be worth it, by far.

Sounds great, thx for the deal. Unfortunately you need to have the premium membership to see the prices. Too risky for me then
