SAS currently has an interesting offer for Premium Economy flights to Asia. Departing from Frankfurt or Oslo, you can reach Bangkok and Seoul starting at just €888. The cheapest dates can be found in January and February 2026. Availability for prices up to €1,000 runs until June 2026 for South Korea and until March 2026 for Thailand.
Included are 2×8 kg of carry-on baggage, 2×23 kg of checked baggage, as well as priority boarding and fast track at security (depending on availability).
You can fly:
There are also some connections that are about €25 cheaper. However, these require an overnight stay in Copenhagen on the return trip, which cancels out the savings.
With our booking form, you can easily find the cheapest flights for your desired dates and then be forwarded directly to SAS or Trip.com with a single click. Sometimes one is cheaper, sometimes the other. Feel free to try out both.

You’ll first fly in Business Class from Frankfurt/Oslo to Copenhagen. This also gives you lounge access in Frankfurt/Oslo on the outbound flight and in Copenhagen on the return.
After a usually short layover in the Danish capital, you’ll transfer to the long-haul flight. To Bangkok or Seoul, you’ll be flying on an Airbus A350-900. This aircraft offers a total of 32 Premium Economy seats arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration. The average seat pitch is 96 centimeters. Depending on the selected routing, the total travel time between Europe and Asia is 14 to 18 hours.
Most European citizens do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days in South Korea. Until the end of 2026, the requirement for the K-ETA travel authorization is also suspended.
Travel to Thailand is visa-free. For Europeans, a visa-free stay of up to 60 days is possible in (almost) all cases. An online form must be completed prior to entry.

Editor’s Note: While SAS Premium Economy sales to North America are super common, we’ve rarely seen one to Seoul and Bangkok. So if the rather limited availability suits you, and you live close to Frankfurt or Oslo, this deal is worth considering.
Search & Book
Unfortunately, the fare rules do not indicate how long these cheap tickets will remain bookable. While the cheapest prices are mainly in January and February, we found availability under €1,000 during the following travel periods:
- January to March 2026 (Bangkok)
- December 2025 to June 2026 (Seoul)
Stopovers in Copenhagen on the outbound or return flights are also possible. Such itineraries can be booked, for example, via Skyscanner from €909.
The minimum stay is 6 days or one Saturday-to-Sunday night. The fare rules do not specify a maximum stay. However, be sure to observe the entry requirements, as a visa may be required for longer stays.
You can find suitable dates using Google Flights (instructions). Unfortunately, some combinations are initially shown at incorrect prices, so it’s worth comparing prices between SAS and third-party providers. You can then book preferably with SAS or alternatively through Trip.com.
