Many Scandic Hotels currently offer an interesting promotion for stays in 2026. If book separately, nights from Sunday to Monday are available at a fixed price of €60, NOK 600 (~€51) or SEK 600 (~€55), depending on their location. This rate is not only very attractive by itself, it even includes breakfast. The most significant downside is that these prices are non-refundable and have to be prepaid.
The offer is available until December 14, 2025 for all Sunday Nights in 2026. While it is exclusive to the hotel’s loyalty program Scandic Friends, you can sign up for free. The fare is available when using the code XMASSUNDAYSor on the landing page below:
In order to get the lowest rate, you need to book one night from Sunday to Monday. Stays from Saturday to Monday or from Sunday to Tuesday do not get the discount. If you plan such a stay, it pays off to make multiple bookings. You can usually stay in the same room when asking for it during check-in.

Examples
We have looked at specific dates and compared prices with and without the discount code. All examples are compared to the cheapest available rate with breakfast for 2 people:
- 78% discount: Scandic Kiruna 🇸🇪 for SEK 600 (~€55) instead of €258 (e.g. March 15)
- 65% discount: Scandic Neptun, Bergen 🇳🇴 for NOK 600 (~€51) instead of €161 (e.g. July 12)
- 65% discount: Scandic Grand Central, Stockholm 🇸🇪 for SEK 600 (~€55) instead of €158 (e.g. May 3)
- 63% discount: Scandic Svolvaer 🇳🇴 for NOK 600 (~€51) instead of €138 (e.g. April 5)
- 62% discount: Scandic Hamburg Emporio 🇩🇪 for €60 instead of €161 (e.g. February 8)

- 48% discount: Scandic München Macherei 🇩🇪 for €60 instead of €116 (e.g. February 1)
- 48% discount: Scandic Kopenhagen 🇩🇰 for DKK 600 (~€80) instead of €154 (e.g. January 25)
If you are travelling alone or don’t need breakfast, the savings are a little lower.
Editor’s Note: This is a tremendous offer by Scandic Hotels. Roughly €60 for a room with breakfast is a great offer by itself, the price comparison makes it even better. While we are usually not a fan of combining prepaid rates with long travel periods, this offer is an exception. There are plenty of short-term saving opportunities – and losing €60 doesn’t hurt as much as losing triple digit sums like you would with other offers.
