You may have already heard of the Club InterContinental, which is found at most InterContinental hotels. Typically, access is only included when booking a club access room or after staying 40 nights per year at IHG hotels. Of course, you can also pay extra for it. The InterContinental London Park Lane is a large, upscale hotel located between Hyde Park and Green Park, with views toward some of London’s better-known landmarks. Built on the former site of Queen Elizabeth II’s childhood home, the hotel has a modern design and a polished, businesslike atmosphere. Its location near Mayfair and Buckingham Palace makes it practical for both sightseeing and business travel, while the interiors reflect a blend of contemporary style and classic touches. While it offers amenities like a spa and on-site dining, the overall feel leans more toward efficient luxury than cosy charm.

InterContinental Madrid
Soccer fans in particular could get their money’s worth with a visit to the InterContinental in Madrid. The Real Madrid Museum is just a few minutes away, and the Santiago Bernabéu stadium is one metro stop away. But Madrid also offers much more, such as the Serrano shopping district, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The rooms are timelessly furnished and equipped with a marble bathroom. You will also find tea accessories there.

InterContinental New York Barclay
The InterContinental New York Barclay is located in Midtown Manhattan and thus in the heart of New York. Fifth Avenue, with its shops and restaurants, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot from here, and Times Square is also not much further away. You can hardly stay in a more central place in New York. The hotel has a fitness centre that guests have 24-hour access to and has an on-site restaurant, the Barclay Bar & Grill.
The rooms are decorated in a federal style, there are many pieces by local artists in the rooms, and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. From some rooms, you can even enjoy a view of part of the Manhattan skyline.

* Often, lounge breakfasts are not particularly great. Here, however, this is not the case. I’ve stayed at this hotel various times, and the lounge breakfast was always 1:1 the same as the normal buffet breakfast.

InterContinental Paris Le Grand
The InterContinental Paris Le Grand is known and loved for its great location in the 9th Arrondissement. The Opéra Garnier is located directly opposite the hotel, and those who’d rather prefer to spend their time shopping can reach the famous Galleries Lafayette department store after a short walk.
The very stylishly furnished rooms are equipped with a marble bathroom, and some have a balcony from which you can enjoy the view over the rooftops of Paris.

As you’d expect from a downtown Paris hotel, the InterContinental Le Grand isn’t exactly a bargain. Prices for a night start at around €625 – €675. You can expect the following extras:
