EuroBonus Millionaire: SAS Now Accepts All Flights Until December 31 (also with Retroactive Credits)

SAS Heck

A month ago, SAS announced perhaps the most exciting frequent flyer promotion of the decade. Anyone who flies with 15 of the 17 selected SkyTeam airlines by December 31 will receive a gift of one million EuroBonus miles.

However, December 31 was more of a theoretical date. To be on the safe side, one really needed to complete all flights by December 12. According to the terms, the promotion would only apply to retroactive mileage credits if the request was made no later than December 20. This credit request could only be made starting 8 days after the flight date.

Now, SAS has adjusted the conditions in this regard. All flights until December 31 will now be accepted and a request for mileage credit can be made until (early) January 2025:

Due to members’ feedback, we decided to accept all flights flown until the end of the campaign, 31 December 2024. We will accept retroactive registration of these flights in January 2025 and have a slight delay in announcing results due to this.

As a result, the announcement of the winners (and the crediting of the million points) will be somewhat delayed.
