Search & Book

According to the fare rules, the offer expires on November 19, 2019. But if the offer will be available until then is pretty uncertain. If you are interested to book, you should rather act sooner than later. The outbound flight needs to be in those date ranges:

  • November 13 to December 15, 2019
  • January 1 to June 30, 2020

The minimum stay requirement is 5 days, the inbound flight needs to commence no later than 2 months after the outbound flight.

Availabilities are pretty limited but we were able to find some flights in every month. We have put together a calendar for you to check:

To find availabilites, you can also use Google Flights (instructions). After you have found your preferred travel dates, either book directly with KLM or use our Travel-Dealz search to save even more money.

Mileage

Tickets are issued in booking class O. Unfortunately you can credit these flights with only two frequent flyer programs:

  • Delta SkyMiles:
    • 100% status miles
    • 100% to 200% award miles (16,000-32,000)
  • Flying Blue:
    • 102 XP (status points)
    • Revenue-based award miles ( 4-8 miles per € spent, approx- 4,000-8,000 in total)

Please note: If you are flying Amsterdam-Singapore-Bali with KLM, the flight number will be the same for all legs. Therefore you will only get credited as if you flew Amsterdam-Bali non-stop, which means no additional XP.

Hotels in Bali

Bali is a dream location for many! However hotel prices are still very reasonable. Good 4-star hotels cost less than €100 a night, sometimes only around €60! The standard is still very high, but don’t forget to check reviews and compare hotels. For that we recommed using one of our preferred hotel booking platforms:

Information & Tips for Bali

Bali is known for its stunning beaches, vibrant rice terraces in Ubud, and cultural landmarks like Uluwatu Temple and Tanah Lot. The local currency is the Indonesian rupiah (IDR), and while credit cards are accepted in many places, cash is still commonly used, especially in smaller towns and markets. The cost of living is generally low, with affordable food, accommodation, and activities, though luxury options are also available. Bali has a tropical climate with a wet season from November to April and a dry season from May to October, making the latter ideal for outdoor activities.

Bali’s transport infrastructure is fairly basic, and getting around can be challenging, especially during peak hours. Within cities like Denpasar or tourist areas like Kuta and Ubud, traffic congestion is common, and public transportation is limited. Most locals and visitors rely on scooters or ride-hailing apps, which are convenient but can be overwhelming for first-time visitors. Traveling between towns is possible by car or shuttle buses, but the roads are often narrow and winding, making journeys slower than expected.
