Oneworld member Qatar Airways is selling cheap business class flights to cities in the United Arab Emirates from Belgrade. Prices start at merely €1,160 (~RSD 135,918) with a change of planes in Doha. There’s high availability during the entire year. Even better, this is a Business Class Classic Fare, which includes lounge access – and lie-flat seats are advertised for the longer flights from Belgrade to Doha.
Our availability calendar shows all available dates at the lowest fare and can redirect you to Qatar Airways’ booking site. It omits 2026 departures, because these are slightly more expensive (approximately €30 to €50).

Qatar Airways will first fly you to Doha, from where you’ll take the one-hour flight to the UAE. Qatar Airways operates an Airbus A320 between Belgrade and Doha, advertising lie-flat seats in a 2-2 pattern. Please be aware that the airline can also swap aircraft on short notice – and you could end up in an Airbus A320 with recliners. Since October 2024, this has happened on 46 out of 290 flights, resulting in a 16% chance of a downgrade.
On the short flight between Doha and Dubai, you have the chance to enjoy a lie-flat seat in Qatar’s Boeing 777-300ER. To Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, you’d continue on another A320. All flights between Doha and the UAE are marketed as First Class, but don’t expect too much, despite the fancy name. The good thing is that you can enter the Qatar Airways First Class lounge at Doha airport.
Qatar Airways has a whole bunch of different business class seats: Diamond (A330), Super Diamond (A350, A380, B777, B787), Qsuites (A350, B777), MiniPods (B777), Cirrus II (B777), and Adient Ascent (B787). While the Diamond and MiniPods seats aren’t exactly world-class, the other seats are undoubtedly among the best business class products. Especially the new Qsuite is almost on a first class level.
If you want to go from Belgrade to Dubai in business class, you can also fly with Turkish Airlines, starting at €1,240.
Most Europeans do not need a visa to travel to the United Arab Emirates, as long as they don’t stay for over 90 days within a 180-day period. You do, however, need a passport, and a ticket to leave the country again.

For trips in 2025, this deal expires on August 6, 2025 – but may be extended. Your trip needs to be at least 3 days long, but you may not stay longer than three months. For 2026 departures, you have until August 31, 2025 to buy tickets, but the minimum stay is longer, lasting five days or a weekend.
Google Flights will show you all available dates, as does our calendar above. Once you’ve found the dates that suit you best, simply book on Qatar Airways’ website, as it is the easiest way to get a refund if you need to cancel.
By going this way, it is also possible to add a stopover in Doha and get a hotel subsidized by the airline, with five-star accommodation starting at $40 per night. It is even possible to mix it up with an open jaw:

Information & Tips for United Arab Emirates
The United Arab Emirates is known for modern landmarks like the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, and desert landscapes accessible from both cities. The currency is the UAE dirham (AED), and credit cards are widely accepted. Prices can vary—luxury experiences are expensive, but there are also mid-range and budget-friendly options, especially for food and transport. The weather is extremely hot from May to September, while the cooler months from November to March are more comfortable for travel.
The UAE has a modern transport infrastructure, especially in cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Dubai’s metro is efficient and covers major areas, while buses and taxis are widely available in most cities. Ride-hailing apps are common and reliable. Between cities, intercity buses are affordable and frequent, and highways are in good condition, making driving an option. However, public transport can be limited outside major urban areas, so getting around without a car may require more planning.
