SkyTeam member Air France will fly you to Cancún for only €725 if you depart from Barcelona. On most dates, you’ll be able to fly with merely one stop in Paris. Sometimes, however, a second stop may be necessary, either in Mexico City or Atlanta.
Our calendar displays all available dates for trips of 7-28 days and can redirect you to Air France’s booking site:

Only the long-haul transatlantic flight has a premium economy class. You’ll be seated in economy class on the Air France flights between Barcelona and Paris. The same applies if your trip has a Delta segment between Cancún and Atlanta or an Aeroméxico segment between Cancún and Mexico City.
Another alternative is to fly in Delta’s premium economy with only one stop in New York, though that option drastically reduces the time that you’ll actually be sitting in premium economy, as the 4-hour flight from New York to Cancún would be in economy class.
