While economy class flights for over €330 to cities such as New York are hardly even worth a mention anymore, this is indeed a very good price if you’re flying to the West Coast and Florida. Currently, you can pay only €340 for flights to Seattle and Orlando if you depart from Helsinki. For €330, you could also fly to San Francisco or Los Angeles.
Our calendar displays all available dates for trips of up to 28 days. Simply select your preferred destination and the dates that suit you best, and we’ll redirect you to KLM’s booking site, where you’ll get the cheapest price:

Usually, the long-haul flights are operated by Delta, using an Airbus A330, though you may often have some other options, such as flying with Air France or KLM (e.g. in a Boeing 787). Either way, you’ll have at least one layover in Amsterdam or Paris. If you want, you can also have a second layover in the US, so that you don’t have to spend 11 hours in an economy seat without interruption. Others will prefer only having one layover. It’s really up to you.
The cheapest fare does not include luggage unless you’re a SkyTeam status member. Others would have to pay a surcharge of €120 for the fare that includes 23 kg of luggage.

This fare can be booked until August 29, 2022. The flights may only take place on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. The minimum stay requirement is one Sunday. Furthermore, your stay cannot exceed 3 months. The economy class tickets have to be booked at least 7 days before departure. Stopovers are not permitted. Information & Tips for USA
The United States offers a wide range of tourist sights, from national parks like Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon to cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. The currency is the U.S. dollar (USD), and card payments are widely accepted. Prices vary by region but can be high in major cities, especially for accommodation and dining. Weather differs greatly across the country—winters can be harsh in the north, while the south often stays mild; summers are generally hot and humid in many areas.
The U.S. transport infrastructure is highly car-dependent, especially outside major cities. Urban centres like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco have functional public transit, but many other cities have limited options. Between cities, domestic flights are common for long distances, while intercity buses and Amtrak trains cover some routes, though often with slower speeds and less frequency compared to other countries. Without a car, getting around can be inconvenient in many parts of the country.
