Depending on the connection, the flight time is just over 17 hours in the best case. The first flight will be with British Airways to London Heathrow in normal economy class in an Airbus A320 family aircraft.
Cathay Pacific operates up to three daily flights between London and Hong Kong. Two of them are Airbus A350-900 services, the other flight is operated by a Boeing 777-300ER. Both come with a 2-4-2 configuration and around 96 cm seat pitch in premium economy. Cathay’s premium economy comes off well in the reviews. It has about 96 cm seat pitch. However, the catering seems to be strongly based on economy class.
The Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific consistently gets ranked as one of the top airlines in the annual Skytrax report. So it’s not a big surprise that also their premium economy class product gets good reviews from passengers who travelled with them. While the soft product is excellent, the seats have become a bit outdated, which is why the airline is currently installing a newer generation of seats.

Most European passport holders can visit Hong Kong for up to 90 days visa-free.
