Luxurious Airport Hotel: Andaz Delhi for €171 incl. Breakfast, Very Early Check-In and $100 Food Credit (Refundable)

Andaz Delhi Exterior

Delhi‘s Indira Gandhi airport not only serves one of the largest urban areas in the world as the primary airport, it is also the gateway to almost any smaller or larger Indian city. Most people that travel the country will be looking for a hotel close Delhi’s airport at the beginning or tail-end of their journey.

The cheapest, non-refundable rate the hotel offers is €158. But if you book via ASMALLWORLD, and pay €14 you don’t only get breakfast – but also early check-in at 9am, a food and beverage voucher worth US$100 (~€85) and a complimentary room upgrade are included in this price, as well. It even adds full flexibility, as this rate is refundable and doesn’t need to be prepaid.

The cheapest price is available on Saturday and Sunday nights between June and August 2023. The cheapest rates are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Prices rise a bit for weekday stays (€185).

You can try out a few dates using our search form below, which will redirect you to ASMALLWORLD. If you don’t have one already, you’ll need to create an account, but don’t worry, it’s completely free, and the site can be fully trusted – we’ve tested it ourselves for our own private bookings.

You will also receive a room upgrade to a higher, non-suite category. Probably, from a deluxe room, they’ll upgrade you to a Room with Runway View. The room category is slightly (3 m²) bigger and regularly costs €20 more per night. It also guarantees – you might have guessed it – a view on one of the airport’s runways.

The Hotel

The Andaz Delhi enjoys a five-star-rating. It is located in Delhi airport’s Aerocity, an artificial area near the terminal building designed specifically to house airport hotels. It is very convenient for travellers who spend a night or two between flights in India’s capital. If you like to experience the city, it might not be the best choice: Connaught Place, the heart of the city, is a solid 40-minute cab ride away. Taking the metro will also take roughly an hour.

The hotel also features a bar and two restaurants to spend your $100 food-and-beverage voucher. You may also enjoy the pool and spa area to relax between flights.

Price Check

The Andaz Delhi is surely the most comfortable choice in Delhi’s airport city, with little other options in the luxury segment close by. If you look at other chain hotels, the nearby Holiday Inn charges €151 for a refundable rate including breakfast, giving you neither the comfort nor benefits that come with a ASMALLWORLD’s rate for the Andaz. Accor’s Ibis is a little cheaper, but surely does not live up to Hyatt’s standards. While there are no better options this close to the airport, things are a little different if you want to experience India’s vibrant capital at its pulsing core.
