Czech airline Smartwings offers very competitive fares from Prague to Dubai. Flights start at €191 (~CZK 4,641) for departures in September and October, but does not include checked bags. Also, there is no food and no personal item allowed (only one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg). You will also not be able to select a seat, even during check-in.

Be advised however, that Smartwings is regularly rated as one of the worst airline companies in the world. The crew is not too well trained, tired… the airplanes are not very comfortable. I would advise to choose a different provider. You will appreciate the couple more EUR spent, trust me.
