The Social Hub (formerly known as The Student Hotel) is a mix of a classic hotel and a co-living and co-working space. The chain runs hotels in various European cities, such as Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Florence. Until February 2025, you can rent a room at their hotels with a 30% discount on the flexible rate – given that you are willing to pay the entire stay upfront at the time of booking and forfeit your right to a refund.
The promotion is valid until January 27, 2025 for stays until February 28, 2025.

To give a few examples, you can get the following prices during this sale for stays from January 26-27, 2025:
- The Social Hub Delft: €55
- The Social Hub Vienna: €69
- The Social Hub Paris La Defense: €81
- The Social Hub Glasgow: £72 (~€83)
- The Social Hub Amsterdam City: €90
While you can score decent rates in these hotels, others like the Social Hub Barcelona offer even cheaper packages.

Not all, but most Social Hub hotels participate in this sale. You can find the all listed on the sales’ landing page. On top of the discount, you’ll also receive a 1pm late check-out and a meal voucher, that comes with a lot of restrictions. For example, you have to order at least one dish to get the second dish for free.
Price Check
Compared to portals like booking.com, you actually save quite a decent amount. For example, The Social Hub Delft charges €55 per night when booking three nights through their website, while portals like booking.com charge €69 for the same night.
Compared within their own pricing system, the offer holds up. The discounted rate is 30% cheaper than the best flexible rate in every instance we have checked.
Bottom Line
This is quite a decent promotion from the The Social Hub. The room rates advertised are pretty attractive for the cities, and the quality of the involved hotels. The fact that the entire stay needs to be prepaid is a downside, as the travel period reaches several weeks into the future. It is a bit risky to prepay a hotel you won’t be visiting within the next four weeks, especially during a season where cancellations due to weather are a possibility. Mild thumbs up from us.
