Star Alliance member Air India is currently offering two discount codes, granting up to ₹2,500 (~€25) discount on flight bookings with the airline. The codes can be redeemed until August 15, 2025, for travel before March 31, 2026.
The coupon promises the following discounts:
- €12 off one-ways from Europe to India, €20 off roundtrips
- £10 off one-ways from the UK to India, £18 off roundtrips
- $14 off one-ways from the USA to India, $23 off roundtrips
- a comprehensive list of discounts is available here
While Air India states the the discount only applies to select routes, it doesn’t give a full list of flights that it can be applied to. The landing page lists countries between which the discount may be applicable, but that doesn’t mean every possible connection is discounted. For example, flights from London to Mumbai usually come with a discount, but the code doesn’t work on flights from London to Kolkata.
It seems like the code above can only be applied to non-stop flights (like CPH-DEL), while the code below also discounts connecting flights (like CPH-DEL-BOM).
You can get an even higher ₹2,500 (~€25) discount when paying with a visa credit card and adding the following promo code:
This coupon comes with the following limitations:
- ₹250 (~€2) off domestic one-ways
- ₹500 (~€5) off domestic roundtrips
- Up to ₹1,500 (~€15) off international one-ways
- Up to ₹2,500 (~€25) off international roundtrips
Both discounts can be applied to economy, premium economy and business class fares. You can find the full terms and conditions of the coupons here.

About Air India
Air India is the subcontinent’s largest airline, serving more than 80 destinations worldwide with their fleet of 190 aircraft. The airline mainly uses Airbus A320 family jets for domestic and short-haul operations, while their long-haul fleet consists of Boeing 777, Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 aircraft. Since its privatization in 2022, criticism about the quality of service has become more frequent, with travellers reporting that cabins are kept in poor shape. Their soft product is a mixed bag, as well. While their economy class is on par with international standards, many older planes feature an outdated business class cabin. While you can expect lie-flat seats, a 2-2-2 seating pattern without direct aisle access for all passengers is not uncommon.
