Currently on a trip to Thailand, booked several good 5 star hotel deals through LE, did the same last year. Cannot find any fault or complaint. Put in a general review (after being prompted) for our last hotel, mostly very positive, some minor flaws, got a personalized reply from LE customer service, thanking me and apologizing for the minor flaws within 48 hours. Last year had to swap dates on a booking with them, contact went very well. (They don’t pay me for this -or any other- reply).
unfortunately, I once booked with them. The result was, the hotel cancelled and I never received any money back, so be careful and avoid it.!!!!
No one ever responded to my complaints
I am sorry to hear that. Most of their reviews are positive, so I’d be interested in what exactly happened. If you can explain that, it may also help others to avoid the same mistake
