it’s been just a few months after successfully receiving and applying the TRAVELDEALZ code, but never using it.
Now Redbull has removed everything. i suggest complaining to http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and sending an email to support@redbullmobile.com

How long do you have to use the 1GB after you activate it (which may be different from the time the eSIM expires).

this promo does not work!
Basically a great and unbeatable promotional offer. However, it only works in the short term. After about three weeks, the account, eSIM, etc. will simply be completely deleted or deactivated without notice, even though almost no data volume has been used. Customer service can, although time-consuming, reactivate it once as a “goodwill” gesture. Nevertheless, it is non-transparent (no information or notifications in this regard) and incomprehensible (continuous disruptions since August). 0% recommendation. Why Traveldealz advertises such dubious, immature collaborations is puzzling.
The Red Bull company shouldn’t do anything outside of the beverage market.
By the way, the eSIM provider from Singapore called “eskimo” (website https://eskimo.travel), which I didn’t know yet, has a similar promotional offer. There is 1GB free in over 80 countries worldwide within two years, i.e. until 2025. Promo codes for this are easy to google. Registration is less data-efficient compared to Red Bull (first name and email only): email, valid mobile phone number (for OPT via SMS/WhatsApp), name and date of birth are required. But it actually works perfectly and at top speed. In Austria, “Drei” is a roaming partner and is activated in the 5G network. Free, valid for 2 years and 1GB can’t be beat.

Not working. In “settings” the code “TRAVELDEALZ” is shown as “valid”. Esim is active, but package doesn’t show up under bundles. Only the countries are shown.
