Brussels Airlines currently offers a deal for flights to Entebbe in the East African country of Uganda. Round-trip flights from Budapest start at only HUF 133,300 (~€339). This price includes 8 kg of hand luggage plus a personal item, and the Basic fare with 23 kg of luggage is available for HUF 200,300 (~€510). Sadly, on the way back, you’ll have an 8-hour layover in Brussels.

The journey begins with Airbus jets of the A320 family from Budapest to Brussels. From there, after about 2 hours of layover, you’ll continue your journey to Entebbe in an Airbus A330. There, the typical 2-4-2 arrangement with a seat pitch of 81 cm is available.
Depending on the day of the week, there is a stop in either Bujumbura (Burundi) or Kigali (Rwanda). This stop is omitted on the return, but there is an 8-hour layover in Brussels.
A visa is required for entry into Uganda, which you can get online for US$50 (~€43).
