Brussels Airlines: Southern Europe from/to Belgium Starting at €64 r/t (Checked Bags Add €50)

Star Alliance member Brussels Airlines has issued a bunch of interesting fares from its hub in Brussels, selling tickets to many European cities like Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid for less than €80. That fare includes a cabin bag of up to 8 kg, while an additional checked bag raises the price by €25 per flight. In most cases, roundtrips to Brussels are available for just a few euros more.

The following Southern European destinations are available for less than €80 roundtrip:

The lowest fares are available for departures from October onward. Simply use our search form to try out some dates. Brussels Airlines mostly uses Airbus A320 family aircraft on these routes, with the usual 3-3 seating pattern in economy class. Snacks & drinks on board are available on purchase.

We have not been able to locate fare rules for these flights, but they don’t seem to be restricted by a travel or sales period, nor by a minimum stay. Availability is pretty good in each direction, except during weekends and the holidays.

We recommend booking on Brussels Airlines’ website, as their prices edge out competition like Ryanair on most days while including a cabin bag in the price in contrast to the Irish competition.
