SkyTeam member airlines KLM, Air France & Delta have released a sweet fare for round trips between Copenhagen and Washington. With a change of planes in Amsterdam or Paris, tickets are sold for only €258 (~DKK 1,926)! Unfortunately, these fares do not include checked luggage.
At KLM & Air France, all tickets can still be rebooked without a change fee, but you will unfortunately now have to pay the price difference. You can also exchange the flights for a non-refundable voucher, valid for 1 year. Unfortunately, the option to have the value of the voucher paid out to your bank account no longer exists since March 1st. You can read the rules here.
Our availability calendar highlights all possible flight dates for trips up to 28 days. It forwards you to KLM with preselected flight dates, as the airline offers the best rebooking policies.
If you are interested in other East Coast destinations, tickets to New York and Boston are currently available at €300 (~DKK 2,239) w/o luggage.

Long haul flights are handled by Airbus A330 (KLM) or Boeing 777 (Air France) aircraft. It is also possible to book this flight with a Delta Air Lines long-haul segment, although this usually requires two stops, one of each side of the pond.

Tickets will be available until January 10, 2022 or until the last cheap seat has been sold. The seasonal restrictions for this offer are:

Stay for at least 6 days or stick to the Saturday night rule if you want to book this cheap fare. Lastly, you cannot fly on weekends.

Information & Tips for USA
The United States offers a wide range of tourist sights, from national parks like Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon to cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. The currency is the U.S. dollar (USD), and card payments are widely accepted. Prices vary by region but can be high in major cities, especially for accommodation and dining. Weather differs greatly across the country—winters can be harsh in the north, while the south often stays mild; summers are generally hot and humid in many areas.
The U.S. transport infrastructure is highly car-dependent, especially outside major cities. Urban centres like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco have functional public transit, but many other cities have limited options. Between cities, domestic flights are common for long distances, while intercity buses and Amtrak trains cover some routes, though often with slower speeds and less frequency compared to other countries. Without a car, getting around can be inconvenient in many parts of the country.
