You can reach the following cities from Oslo:

- Boston at €674 (~NOK 7,889)
- Washington, D.C. at €679 (~NOK 7,947)
- Chicago at €681 (~NOK 7,971)
- San Francisco at €688 (~NOK 8,053)
- Los Angeles at €688 (~NOK 8,053)
Our availability calendar displays a vast selection of possible flight dates at the lowest price. It will forward you to KLM’s website:

You would usually fly to either Amsterdam or Paris and then cross the Atlantic with Air France or Delta. In some cases, you may be offered an itinerary that has two layovers: the second being in the US. If you’re flying to e.g. Washington DC and have a second layover in Boston, this might even be an advantage, as it allows you to fly to DCA airport, right in the city, instead of Dulles Intercontinental about 40 km away.
However, if you’re flying to the West Coast, do NOT choose such a connection, as it will have you flying in economy class for hours.

According to the fare rules, this fare will expire on January 15, 2024. There is a minimum stay of 6 nights or a Saturday night and a maximum stay of 3 months. The travel period begins on February 1. The end of the travel period depends a bit on the destination. Miami is the most restricted, already ending in March. Some other destinations, such as Chicago, even have some availability in October. However, you’ll never find any available dates in the summer.
You can use our calendar above that will show you availabilities. Once you select your dates, it will forward you to KLM’s website with your preselected flight dates. You can also search more specifically on Google Flights (instructions) for example by setting filters.

Information & Tips for USA
The United States offers a wide range of tourist sights, from national parks like Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon to cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. The currency is the U.S. dollar (USD), and card payments are widely accepted. Prices vary by region but can be high in major cities, especially for accommodation and dining. Weather differs greatly across the country—winters can be harsh in the north, while the south often stays mild; summers are generally hot and humid in many areas.
The U.S. transport infrastructure is highly car-dependent, especially outside major cities. Urban centres like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco have functional public transit, but many other cities have limited options. Between cities, domestic flights are common for long distances, while intercity buses and Amtrak trains cover some routes, though often with slower speeds and less frequency compared to other countries. Without a car, getting around can be inconvenient in many parts of the country.
