Air China, part of CAAC Airlines until 1988, is the state-owned airline of the People’s Republic of China. It is based in Beijing and its hub is Beijing Airport. It is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange 50 Index. Besides, it is a member of the aviation alliance Star Alliance.
