Bangladesh: Air India Business Class to Dhaka for €1,555 from Frankfurt

Dhaka Hatir Jheel Highway

Reasonably good offers for business flights to Bangladesh are quite rare, so the current offer from Star Alliance member Air India is worth mentioning. You can get a round-trip flight from Frankfurt to the capital, Dhaka, starting at €1,555. The availability is good from March to September.

On the return journey, there is a quite long layover of around 14 hours in Delhi, but this can also be extended into a stopover, slightly bumping the price up to €1,588.

Info

Most visitors will need a visa to enter Bangladesh. A visa-on-arrival is usually possible, costing around US$50 (~€47). Make sure to check the visa requirements for your nationality before booking the ticket!

On the long haul, you’ll be flying in Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft with lie-flat seats. In the business class with 18 seats, the seats are arranged in a 2-2-2 configuration.

On the Delhi to Dhaka leg, however, you’ll be in an Airbus A320. On the way back, you’ll cover this segment in economy class, or alternatively in business class, but with an even longer layover in Delhi. Perhaps not a bad idea if you want to see a bit of the city.
