The King Superior Room at Conrad Dublin is 31 m2 large. You’ll be granted an upgrade (based on availability). This upgrade will probably consist of you getting a King Deluxe Room, located on the higher floors.
The Hotel
The Conrad Dublin is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel, located in a modern brick building, opposite the National Concert Hall. Previous guests have left very good reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.5/5 on Google or 4.5/5 on Tripadvisor), many praising the general ambience of the hotel. The only point of criticism is that the hotel has only one elevator.
The hotel has 3 dining options, where you could spend your €90 credit. At The Coburg, you can eat e.g. pan-fried cod or chargrilled chicken supreme for ~€29. Lemuel’s serves dishes such as Carlingford oysters or dirty butter prawns for ~€19. The third venue is The Terrace, where you can order e.g. sourdough bruschetta or pan-fried monkfish for ~€17. Located opposite the National Concert Hall, you’re close to many sights. The Little Museum of Dublin, for instance, is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the National Gallery of Ireland.
Price Check
While you’re paying €207 per night with breakfast (and other extras) at ASMALLWORLD, Hilton charges €312 for its cheapest refundable rate with breakfast! That means that you’re saving 33%. Add the double points, the upgrade, and the €90 hotel credit, and you’re actually saving quite a bit more than the 3-for-2 percentage of 33%.
You’re also paying a good price compared to other 5-star hotels in the area, such as the College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection (prices starting at ~€380) or the InterContinental Dublin (~€400).
