On April 13, the Costa Favolosa will start its journey back to Europe from Santos near São Paulo, taking 17 nights until it reaches Savona in Italy. An inside cabin on that cruise currently only costs £522 (~€606) per person, an ocean view cabin costs £773 (~€897), and you could even stay in a balcony cabin for only £949 (~€1,102). On top of those prices, you’ll have to pay €11 per person and night as tips (€187 in total) as gratuities.
No matter which cabin type you select, you’ll get to choose the specific cabin and your preferred dinner time. Full board and access to entertainment and pools are also always included.

The Ship
The Costa Favolosa was launched in 2011. It features amenities such as an Asian-themed spa, a pool area with a giant film screen, and a Grand Prix driving simulator. The 3,800 passengers onboard will use the Euro as onboard currency.
Across the 14 passenger decks, there are 5 restaurants and 13 bars. The main theatre, where the colourful evening program will be performed for all guests, spans over 3 decks. There are also enough entertainment options for children (e.g. PlayStation competitions) and those who wish to do sports, with a jogging track, multipurpose sports court, sauna, whirlpools, solarium, and swimming pools. The cabins have a shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, and a radio. You can purchase 3 GB of internet for €99, or pay €5 per day for the social media package.
Flights to São Paulo
Various airlines fly to São Paulo, such as TAP from Lisbon and Porto, Air France from Paris, LATAM from London, Madrid, Rome, and Frankfurt, KLM from Amsterdam, or Swiss from Zurich. Currently, the best option is flying with TAP from Milan for €351 in economy class or €1,228 in business class.
