Marriott Bonvoy has a really good promotion for its own flat rental marketplace – Homes&Villas. Marriott Bonvoy members can 40,000 extra points for a stay of three nights or more up until September 9, 2023, when you book on or before May 4, 2023 05:59 CEST.
The opportunity to get 40,000 points for free (equivalent to a spending of $4,000 at Marriott Hotels for basic members) is attractive on its own, but it seems like the bonus earnings are not capped. So each eligible stay of four nights or more will give you 40,000 points more.
The extra points are credited to your Marriott Bonvoy account within three to six weeks after your stay. Points+Cash bookings or reward stays are not eligible. If you are not a member of Marriott Bonvoy, you can sign up for free.

You have to stay four consecutive nights at the same property to get the 40,000 points. Stays booked via portals like booking.com or Expedia will not receive double points.

Marriott Homes & Villas is a marketplace for holiday flats and houses in the entire world. They range from very expensive (some even over €10,000) to very low-cost prices for less than €50. Nevertheless, be aware that a cleaning surcharge will come on top of the listed price.
