Lufthansa and Swiss offer tickets for first class flights from several French cities to Brazil for around €3,000. You can get to São Paulo relatively cheaply from Strasbourg, Paris, Marseille, Toulouse, and Lyon. Availability is quite high from June to December. The flights are via Frankfurt or Zurich.
Brazil currently requires you to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
If you do not want to take the booked flights as planned, you can rebook without having to pay a rebooking fee. The route can also be changed, but you always have to pay the difference between the old and new prices, which could be a very substantial sum.
You can depart from the following cities:
- from Strasbourg: €3,009
- from Paris: €3,038
- from Toulouse: €3,046
- from Marseille: €3,048
- from Lyon: €3,050

From Strasbourg, take the bus to Frankfurt and from there, you’d fly non-stop to your destination. From other cities, you can take a feeder flight with Swiss to Zurich or Lufthansa to Frankfurt. You’ll fly long-haul on a Swiss Boeing 777 or Lufthansa Boeing 747.
